For more than two years, I served a variety of users, from drivers to store admins.

Starting as the only UX writer in the company, the beginning was certainly challenging considering how segmented Shipper's business model is.

My 2022 highlights at Shipper:

1) Transitioning to the managerial side, supervising a small team of UX writers while also frequently acting as an editor.

2) Playing a role in the birth of Aloshop, Shipper's first SaaS that focuses on being a feature-rich omnichannel platform and e-commerce enabler services.

Traveloka is not only one of the biggest companies in Indonesia, it's also an exceptional playground for people who live to grow, learn, and expand their minds as designers and individuals.

As a Product/UX Writer for the company, Traveloka gave me the freedom to explore human-centered design alongside great talents in different teams from customer experience to transportation.

As one of the editors at MPG Media Publishing, known for magazines such as Nylon, August Man, and Baccarat, I managed a team of writers during my short tenure at the company.

Aside from managing Qraved's writers, I learned a lot about the fundamentals of content creation. This often involves the study of SEO and keywords to achieve viral content.

I also worked with the sales department to ensure the quality that Qraved delivers to its clients, such as advertising returns.

With my passion for music, films, and all things pop culture, Talkmen let me play around in the entertainment section as one of their writers.

After a year, I was promoted to Senior Writer and worked closely with the Editor-in-Chief and Managing Editor to drive excellence and quality in content creation, specifically targeting men's lifestyles.
